sFTP Server runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It accepts FTP and SFTP connections and includes user management. It is the server half of the pair: sFTP Client is what you use to connect out.
If macOS reports that the app is damaged, the server FAQ on the site covers that install warning. License status is on the account, the same way as the client.
